A client contacted us after she accidentally dropped her hard drive. The drive started working erratically before completely failing. The drive contained an invaluable archive of 1842 photos of her children.
We diagnosed the drive and found that the magnetic head block was damaged, and prior amateur attempts had scratched the disk surface. After 32 days of work, we recovered 244 GB out of 271 GB of data, including 1813 out of 1842 photos. The data was transferred to a new external drive and sent to the client.

When facing data loss, choosing a reputable company is essential. Inexperienced repairs can make the situation worse or even irreparable. Data is priceless, and only professionals can help you recover your lost memories.
